As a relationship therapist, I utilize emotionally focused couples therapy (EFCT) to support couples of all ages, who are seeking support in their relationship for many different reasons - intimacy concerns, communication difficulties, affairs, parenting, pre-marital, and more.

Sometimes, the whole family feels stuck and needs support. I help families identify their “stuck points” and learn new ways of interacting with each other. Most often, the families I work with include adult children or teenagers. Have younger children in your family system? I can help you get connected with therapists that work specifically with younger children and their families.

I’m not your mother’s therapist (although I’m sure you wish she had seen a therapist in the first place). I work with Gen Z and (Elder) Millennials who want to heal their relationship with themselves and others through individual therapy. I work with helping professionals, people pleasing perfectionists, and anxious humans trying to navigate trauma, ADHD, and life-transitions (parenting, college-bound, military-to-civilian, etc).

Life doesn’t come with a ‘how to’ guide and life transitions like starting high school or college can be tough. I help teens and young adults understand themselves, their mental health, and develop tangible skills + tools to use outside of sessions to support their wellbeing.
